RESERVATION POLICIES


Welcome to Akalki, a unique experience. Our rates are in Mexican pesos MXN, per room per night

Minors: From 5 years old. Children: Price for children from 5 to 11 years old. Adults: Full price, 12 years and older. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Confirming any reservation requires a 50% deposit. Cancellation Policies: 1.- By confirming your reservation with your deposit, Pay Pal or your credit card, you will be accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies. 2.- Cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival at the hotel will receive a refund of 100%* of your deposit or a credit valid for one year from the date of cancellation *(as long as your deposit has been through bank means or transfers , otherwise you will be subject to bank commissions for payment with cards) 3.- Any cancellation made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival will receive a refund of 90% of your deposit or the option of a credit valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will receive a refund of 70% of the deposit and cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will not have any refund. 4.- Any refund will be made exclusively through banks and are subject to taxes. 5.- We will not be able to make any type of refund in case of cancellation of your flight. For this reason, we invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you in case of flight cancellation. 6.- Any change in your reservation is requested to be made no less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date through an email. Any changes will be subject to availability. If you do not have availability, a credit will be issued in your favor. No credits will be granted or any type of refund will be made for changes in your reservation reducing the number of nights, made less than 15 days before your arrival date. 7.- No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued in the in the case of early departures. 8.- No refunds will be made nor will any type of credit be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning in area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you from these inconveniences.9.- Akalki will not be responsible for any extra cost, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise from a tropical storm or hurricane.10.- Any credit issued in your favor will have valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Said credit may only be used for future accommodation reservations and may be used for hotel services. The credit may be used by another person, with prior written authorization from you. Responsive Letter Centro Holístico Akalki and its employees will not be responsible for any psychological or physical damage as a result of or in connection with: 1.- Any delay or cancellation. In the event that a guest becomes ill during their vacation or if they have to interrupt their stay, any medical or hospital expenses will be their responsibility. 2.- Economic crisis, social unrest, political or labor problems, failures in the electrical current due to weather, maintenance or construction difficulties, claims, loss, damages, costs, expenses, delays or dissatisfaction, of any kind or nature, resulting from any event or action that is beyond the reasonable scope of the hotel, including , without limitation, acts of nature (hurricanes, mudslides or floods), flight changes or cancellations, strikes, labor disputes, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war, disease or epidemics, unexpected conditions or local laws. 3.- Loss of any item that has not been deposited in the hotel safe, or losses that occur while the room is not in use. duly closed with a key. 4.- Loss of any item left in your car that is not entrusted to the administration. Important: Akal-Ki is not allowed to bring refrigerators or food or drinks. The use of jet skis and boats is restricted of motor.We encourage the use of candles and rowing.For the care of the lagoon, we advise not to enter the lagoon with non-biodegradable creams or sunscreens. (We have repellents and biodegradable sunscreens at the reception)
